I have created this innovative wellness program service for companies to improve the health of its labor force. I design customized effective programs towards employees to stimulate productivity, creativity, great team-work and to assist on specific health-related issues.
My Mission is to create a synergy between holistic and self-growth techniques for corporations to empowered and transform them into healthier organizations.
I enjoy sharing my mindfulness and yoga knowledge with groups and individuals and strongly believe that everyone should have a chance to learn the beneficial techniques that these practices have to offer regardless of age or physical limitations. Therefore, between my own personal experience in the corporate world and my passion to improve people’s life as a whole, combining mental, physical and emotional health, I strongly believe in the impact of this programs.
